General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all commercial transactions between Mad Maker, an import-export company based in Hong Kong, and its customers.
2. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance by Mad Maker. Any order placed by the customer constitutes an offer to purchase and binds Mad Maker only upon written confirmation of the order.
3. Prices
Product prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Shipping, customs, and other additional fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment
Payments must be made according to the terms agreed upon between Mad Maker and the customer. Late payments may incur additional fees and late interest charges.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on circumstances. Mad Maker is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond its control.
6. Claims and Returns
Any claim regarding delivered products must be addressed to Mad Maker within 7 days of receiving the goods. Returns will only be accepted if the products are in their original condition.
7. Liability
Mad Maker assumes no liability for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the products sold.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. In case of dispute, the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

By accepting an order from Mad Maker, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale.
